The status bar

After the sync there are six numbers at the bottom. They describe the footage, not the app: on a hard shoot review will be large, and that is normal.

files

How many files are in the project.

locked

Synced exactly. There is nothing to check here. If the project has nothing worth a look, the label changes to synced.

It appears only when some devices share jammed timecode. For example, 185 → 145 TC means: 185 locked, and 145 of them sit on shared timecode. That is a subset of locked, not a separate category.

review

Placed by time, where the material was at that moment, so you do not have to lay it out by hand. The place is right but not finally confirmed, so such clips are worth checking on the timeline in your editor. We show this separately instead of hiding it inside one overall number.

This number is a button. Press it and the whole timeline dims except what is worth checking. See The review filter.

What could not be synced. It lies at the end of the timeline so that no file gets lost. The reasons are described on the Why material is at the end page.

When there was nothing to sync

Instead of numbers you may see a sentence. 12 of 12 clips have no usable sound: the footage has no usable sound, the clips were laid out by time and are worth checking by hand. Nothing else was rolling at the same time: at those moments only one device was working, so there was nothing to sync against.
