Adobe Premiere Pro

1. Export, then Premiere Pro. Save CamHeard_sync.xml next to the footage.
2. In Premiere: File, Import…, choose that file. Or drag the file into the project panel.
3. A sequence with the same name as the file appears in the project. Open it.

What the sequence looks like

• Every camera on its own video track, its sound on the audio track next to it.
• The recorder below. Multichannel files arrive as separate mono tracks, and Premiere sorts the channels out itself.
• Material that had nothing to sync with sits at the end of the sequence (or in the middle, if Unplaced clips in shooting order is on).

Matching timecode

This checkbox exists precisely for Premiere: every camera gets the shared timecode that follows from the sync, and a multicam sequence assembles by timecode with no fixing. The files on disk stay as they were. See Export options.
